Lawn enforcement
A locally founded, up and coming landscaping company based out of Fernley, Nevada. They do the full gambit of lawn care, including sagebrush removal. With many competing in the same market, Lawn Enforcement LLC needed to establish itself as trustworthy.
My Task
The company needed full branding. Most importantly: a logo.
Process
After sitting with the clients and recognizing the area: I went with a patriotic feel. Especially as their company name suggests: a task force-esque approach to their services. I went with a badge shape with Nevada positioned in it since the area they work in is Northern Nevada. In the flier I invoked a commonly seen phrase “Home Means Nevada“. It is the state anthem. I played with the words and tweaked it to “Let Your Home Mean Nevada“. Implying that without their lawn care speciality, your house is not really “home”.
Results
The branding for Lawn Enforcement evokes not only American patriotism but also Nevadan patriotism. The American feel of the artwork makes the brand also feel trustworthy for the audience the company is gear towards: older people with homes who live in Nevada.
